Terra Barossa Cab
Wines from the Barossa Valley of Australia are usually bursting with
flavor, which is well-know for its outstanding Shiraz. Anxious to try
something new from Barossa Valley I picked up the Terra Barossa
Cabernet Sauvignon from Thorn • Clarke. It boasts a deep, dark cherry
color; good body; full fruit with a delicious finish—atypical of cabs,
which often make me pucker. It stood up surprisingly well to a spicy
homemade turkey chili.
